Description
We are a trusted construction company based in Northern California and headquartered in Los Angeles that specializes in energy-efficient home remodeling. Due to high demand and growing interest in our services, we are looking for a Confirmation & Dispatch Manager to join our team. This is an exciting position that is responsible for confirming appointments, dispatching sales representatives to go to leads, working as a liaison between the office and the sales representatives, and building relationships.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop a solid understanding of our construction solutions
- Confirm appointments with customers on a daily basis
- Dispatch sales representatives to appointments on a daily basis
- Manage telemarketers that are calling and following-up with existing and new customers
- Book appointments for consultations
- Create a positive company image through phone and email interactions
Skills and qualifications that you’ll bring to our team:
- 2+ years of confirmation and dispatch experience
- 5+ years of telemarketing, customer service or sales experience
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM management, and database entry
- Knowledge of the Dialer’s system
- Prior experience in construction and/or home improvement HIGHLY preferred
- Excellent customer negotiation, communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to quell customer objections and build rapport with customers
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently & with a team
- Disciplined approach to work
Competitive base pay ranging between $20-$25/hour PLUS COMMISSION AND BENEFITS!
