Need maintenance on appliances

I have a fridge that doesn't work properly anymore. The fridge used to have water dripping from the back which was normal, but now it doesnt drip water in the back pan anymore and the top freezer is iced up and the cold air flow to the bottom fridge is iced up so the bottom fridge isn't cold anymore. First I noticed the water in back wasn't dripping anymore, than water was dripping from the top freezer down to the bottom fridge through where the cold freezer air was supposed go through to keep the bottom fridge cold. Please text me for more info and if you are able to repair and a estimate cost. I also need maintenance on my washer and dryer, since I never did maintenance on it for over 2 years.
