Big Oil & Tire is looking for a full time maintenance technician to help maintain and repair parking lots and convenience stores. Job duties include but are not limited to: - Power washing/ leaf blowing parking lots - Gas pump maintenance/repairs sometimes assisting licensed professionals when needed - Electrical/plumbing/carpentry work or assisting licensed professionals when needed - General indoor maintenance and cleaning - Garbage dump runs Must: -have a clean driving record -be comfortable towing a trailer -be willing to work occasional weekends for emergencies -willing and able to perform extended manual labor including being able and willing to lift up to 75 pounds Starting wage dependent on experience raises can be discussed based on willingness to study for and pass certain state licensing exams for gas pump maintenance.
