Rehabbing two houses in Harriman, job starts August 25. 4 week completion time.
Need: one, some or all...
Junk hauled off, countertops removed, new countertops installed (laminate) new flooring installed (Laminate) walls scraped and mudded, light fixtures replaced, some concrete patching (side of foundation), new kitchen sink / faucet installed, kitchen cabinets installed, shutters installed, painting, etc.
If you have electrical experience that's a plus.
Also need new HVAC installed and water heater.
