MenPark Enterprises, Inc. is a Janitorial Company expanding and looking for General Cleaners in the city of: Lakeland
Job duties will consist of, but not be limited to:
Commercial Cleaning - Clean and maintain areas as assigned and as directed. Tasks include trashing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping. Empty trash/recyclables and replace with liners, dust all high and low surfaces: walls, partitions, chairs, tables, furniture, etc.; Vacuum carpeted surfaces, maintain vacuum cleaner, sweep and wet mop floors nightly, spot clean soiled surfaces, maintain organization of supplies and clean janitor closet as needed. Perform all job duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Customer.
Must speak English, Spanish is a plus.
Must have working telephone and reliable transportation.
Must work in highly professional manner without supervision.
Must be honest and have positive attitude.
Experience preferred, but will train right person with excellent references.
