Commercial Janitorial Cleaning Company We are a large Commercial Company seeking Sub-Contractors for Janitorial, Cleaning and Floor Maintenance Services. A contract for services will be negotiated. Applicants should have at least five years of experience in the Janitorial business, cleaning Commercial Buildings to include scrubbing, waxing and buffing all types of floors. Family owned and operated companies are most welcome. Applicants must have Worker’s Compensation and Liability Insurance and may need special licensing to work in various facilities.
