“Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.”
The iron curtain began to unravel in 1987 when President Reagan delivered his famous speech at the Brandenburg Gate in West Berlin. The hammer and cycle flew for the last time over the Kremlin on December 25, 1991. Irony or not? Please join us as we explore wines from a former Soviet Satellite nation, the’ “Land of South Slavs”, and a former Soviet Socialist Republic. We are pouring eight, two-ounce pours featuring reds, whites, and sparklings.
And, we are pairing the wines with beautiful charcuterie.
Tastings last approximately 75 minutes and include pours of each featured wine. The featured wines are also discounted by 10% - 20% when purchasing bottles to enjoy at home.
