In this interactive experience we will take part in some fun sensory exercises, training yourself on how to distinguish different flavor components in wine and learning to identify different aromas. We will cover the technical aspects of wine tasting, learn where aromas come from and discover how Browne’s dedication to uncompromising quality in the winery and vineyards make our wines world class. Beginners are welcome at this event - this workshop is suitable for new and experiences drinkers, simply bring your sense of adventure! Set in the birthplace of Browne Family Vineyards, Walla Walla, the winery opened its tasting room in May 2014 at 31 E. Main street in the historic downtown district. Here, guests can meet the winemaker at select events, enjoy one of the few patios in town for al fresco sipping, or taste inside among brown leather tufted sofas and wingback chairs admiring hewn woodwork and carefully curated lifestyle merchandise. Additional wines from friends and colleagues round out this compelling mix: Ross Andrew, Rhone reds; Waitsburg Cellars, old vine aromatic whites; and Cavatappi, Washington-grown Italian varietals.
