Join us to celebrate the land and honor the people who make South Hero home. Join us to celebrate the land and honor the people who make South Hero home. We’ll be celebrating in a safe and socially distant way by inviting you to join us for some great local food, gathering, and a farm tour of Pigasus Meats during one of three hour long time slots. Meal provided by Pigasus Meats, Cook Sisters Cafe, and Wally’s Place. Schedule of Events 8:00-9:00 Early-morning Slot Gathering & Meal @ 8:00 AM & Farm Tour @ 8:30 AM OR 9:15-10:15 Mid-morning Slot Gathering & Meal @ 9:15 AM & Farm Tour @ 9:45 AM OR 10:30-11:30 Late-morning Slot Gathering & Meal @ 10:30 AM & Farm Tour @ 11:00 AM We respectfully suggest a donation at the door of $25/family or $15/individual to help with the costs of this event. Since 1997, South Hero Land Trust has dedicated itself to working within the community to protect and nurture our most important assets: the land, and the people who live, play, love, and grow on it. There are many ways in which South Hero Land Trust does it's work: building strong community ties, forging partnerships with farmers, establishing critical links between consumers and farmers, geting kids and adults out onto the land, education about our natural world, school programs, and of course, land conservation.
