IT IS CRUNCH TIME!! ‼️THE EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE OF $100 HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL SUNDAY, AUGUST 1st‼️ AFTER AUGUST 1st THE PRICE WILL GO BACK UP TO $150‼️REGISTER NOW‼️ ‼️Vendor fees are nonrefundable!!! PLEASE REGISTER & RESERVE YOUR SPAC!!Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE‼️ ONE TABLE UP TO 6 FEET IS ALLOWED!! If you do not attend the event the vendor fees will not be refunded as they are used to secure table space at the event and disable other potential vendors from securing that space. Arrival/set up time : Please set up between 11:30am -12:45pm. Please begin break down of your section in an early enough time to be completed by 8pm. PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN UP AND BREAKDOWN OF YOUR SPACE. Vending Slot includes : Access to 50 or more attendees; promote your brand/ business and sell your product. There will be a few DJs . THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT! It is part of your responsibility to promote & share the event! Whenever you are promoting the event please let people know that the event is FREE ADMISSION! JOIN THE DOTS & BeeNaughtyToys is not responsible for vendor's property or the number of direct sales. Vendors are responsible to report any sales tax, where applicable, to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Vendors are responsible for your own linens and signage / rack accommodations/ set up and tear down. All workers must be listed at the front door upon entry or will not be permitted in the event with out a vendor ticket. Any questions in regards to what you want to sell please contact us!
