Description
My last elderly ferret has recently passed, and I’d like to get rid of everything. The cage is 12 years old and does have a fair amount of wear, including rust, two broken casters, and mineral deposits, but it’s functional as-is. The original shelves were replaced with the updated version a few years ago. I used to dream of cleaning it up with a wire brush and giving it a new coat of enamel, but now I find I really just want to move on.
Comes with: fleece ramp covers, several hammocks, a small animal heating pad, a large unused ferret litter box that could be repurposed for digging, a surprisingly useful ferret harness, and (optional) a substantial amount of fleece bedding.
About the two broken castors: one is completely shattered, but I have a replacement for it. The other doesn’t spin but is intact.
It can theoretically be taken apart for easier transport, but I haven’t done so since it was first put together, and I assume it would need some persuasion.
