These are the bullet points: - Small solo practice space - Located in Gowanus (5 minutes from F/G at 4th & 9th or D/N/R/W at Prospect Ave) - Drumset is brand new Yamaha 5-Piece Stage Custom Birch - Prefer you bring your own cymbals, but this is negotiable - Non-smoking (cigarettes or pot) - Decent-sounding, carpeted "dead room," recordable during quiet times - Building is open 24/7 - Rent is $190/person (one month deposit) - This gets you 200 hours/month (advance scheduling via shared calendar) - Also possible to split it with just me and have 400 hours/month for $350/month If this sounds appealing, give me a shout!
