Join us and local Barre/Pilates Instructor, Caitlin McAvoy, for a morning of loving and celebrating our bodies! Each class is a fusion of Barre, Pilates, and Stretching. This is a beginners class, but all levels are welcome!
Two Sessions:
7:30am - 8:30am8:45am - 9:45amOh, and everyone who comes will leave with some new wS swag that will up your workout game.
Yoga mat not provided.
Limit 9 people per class to ensure proper spacing between mats.
Non-refundable. If you can't make it, please pass your ticket on to someone else.
