Rev'd UP with Revolution Fitness in Northport Park.
What is Rev'd UP?
It's a combination of cardio kickboxing and H.I.I.T ( High intensity Interval Training)
The class is broken into two groups. Each group does 9 min of both kickboxing and H.I.I.T for 3 rounds total.
This class is a full hour and 15 minute class.
The only breaks we get are in between rounds.
Boxing gloves are required. You can purchase boxing gloves at the park the day of the event.
