Packaging/Production Assistant Position: Assembly / Packaging Assistant (Entry Level, Part Time) Wage: $14.50 (neg.) to Start. Evaluation after 60 days. Experience working on a Drill Press is a bonus! Perform an array of functions that may include • assembling parts and subassemblies • part processing for final packaging • packaging finished goods • inspect parts for defects and damages • abide by all company safety regulations • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily • Push, pull or lift 30-40 lbs on a regular basis Minimum Requirements • Must be team oriented • Be physically able to work an 8 hour day or more while on your feet • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must be available to work any assigned shift, or as required to meet production demand • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment • Must have strong multitasking abilities • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit a resume and cover letter.
