Routines are important to set up at the start of the school year. This event will be a refresher and opportunity to network with your peers! Every teacher needs ideas on how to manage 21st Century student behavior. This workshop will provide insight to student personalities, behaviors, and teacher responses. Learn how to set up your classroom to maximize learning opportunities, provide structured experiences, and ensure respectful student behavior promotes each child's learning style while allowing you to instruct them all! This year students may need a refresher on social norms. This workshop will refresh your abilities to ensure everyone is successful from day one! New teachers and paraprofessionals are encouraged to attend along with seasoned veterans. Dr. Cathy Weber will present this workshop bringing her many ideas as a classroom teacher and administrator. A light breakfast will be served!
