Description

We will be offering testing for various medical issues and helping with social service applications, such as for SNAPS and Medicare. Testing will be offered for blood pressure, diabetes, and COVID-19. There will also be someone to help you fill out a SNAPS application and answer any questions about Medicare/Medicaid that you may have. This event is hosted by Urgent Care & Walk-in Medical Suite, and we have partnered with NJ SNAP, Sunrise, and the NJ Reentry Corporation.
