Shakti is the divine mother within, and Shiva is the divine father -each one of us holds these two energies. Oftentimes, they can get out of balance, and create many disharmonies within our mental, emotional, and spiritual life. Together we will engage in the healing power of movement, mindful breathing, story telling, vulnerability, and sound healing to rebalance these aspects of ourselves. Houston Healing Circles will be sharing sacred practices that you can do on your own, at anytime, or place to keep these energies flowing at your best capacity. When both of our polarities come together and raise each other up, the sacred feminine and sacred masculine unite as one in true harmonious balance of the Ying and Yang. This ceremony is about seeing one another for where we are. Honoring both yin and yang with each other, feeling heard, and holding space for our souls to heal. Our workshop will end with a sound healing with all 7 chakra bowls, sacred songs, and a drum to resonate with the heart beat! This sound session will last 30 minutes and be an expansive and graceful experience for you to reset Houston Healing Circles ❇ is a catalysts for the community to spread their healing and creative energy!
