The Bully Proof Workshop This Workshop is designed for non PMA members ages 8-12yo The workshop will teach children how to recognize, diffuse, and if needed, protect themselves in a bullying situation. Our curriculum provides children with the skills they need to be assertive, smart, strong and most importantly, safe!     •    Review techniques that will improve body posture and voice tone     •    Discuss the importance of respect and courtesy     •    Help them gain confidence to stand up for themselves     •    Learn the keys to avoid a potentially dangerous situation Make sure to invite friends to this valuable age appropriate workshop!
