Idaho K9 Unit requested?

Has anybody been pulled over in Idaho (with Washington plates) and the K9 unit gets there right away to sniff your car down? No reason to, just "protocol?" If yes, regardless if it went to a search or not, would you be willing to text, email or call me your name or phone number or even just a yes? I have a theory and am willing to do something about it if it pans out.
