Participants will learn how to make St. John's wort oil, tea and flower essence.
We will be exploring the many aspects of St. John's wort including where to look for it and how to identify and harvest it responsibly. This will include its active constituents and the medicinal uses for this herb. We will learn how to make St. John's wort oil, tea and flower essence. Participants should bring a small glass container and a small bottle of olive oil.
