Photographer looking for studio space to share

Looking to create a relatively well equipped portrait / creative photography studio in the Salem area. Would like to find one or two other active photographers that do not have their own space and would be interested in sharing one. Ideal "Co-tenants" would be interested in daytime weekday access, has their own lighting, or has little need for it, and photographs portraiture, commercial, headshots, fine art, creative compositing, etc... Just as long as we each keep it classy. I have 6 strobes from 200 to 600Ws, modifiers seamless roles, backdrops, props and some costumes, as well as a tether PC and multiple screens to let clients see results in camera. Would like to create a situation where the price per person is in the $250 to $350/mth all in range some place close to down town Salem.
