BREATHE.MOVE.MEDITATE
This class will be taught outside at a beautiful little farm property.
You will instantly feel grounded with the morning sounds of the chickens and goats.
We will combine specific breath techniques, simple movements, and mantra, to clear stress from the body mind and help you drop into a more meditative head space.
Our breath will serve as the main tool to experience a more grounded feeling in our body, breakthrough stuck negative energy, and open our heart.
No experience or skill set necessary. Everyone will go at their own pace. You do not have to know anything about Yoga or Meditation to have a powerful experience.
Just show up an open mind and we will take care of the rest.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat
Meditation cushion if you need it for seated meditations.(There will be chairs if necessary).
Water
This is a private residence so Unfortunately we do not accept walk-ins. Please sign up by 7pm Friday evening.
Gate opens at 7:45 so you can come in and settle. Class will start at 8am.
