Inspired by Polynesian culture, tiki drinks have a fun history in the U.S., dating back to the 1930s. These cocktails are notably layered with various spirits, flavored syrups, spices, and fresh fruit juices. Together, we'll sample a variety of these ingredients and taste some unique cocktails for your next summer party. At each Lab, we feature a single-core spirit, tasting through a lineup of the best samples - letting you compare and contrast - and ultimately choose your favorite, all without spending a single penny at the ABC store. Then, we use the featured spirit in a range of intriguing cocktails, so you can expand your mastery and learn new favorites.
