Atlantic Southern Paving is Hiring! We are in need of a paving foreman who can lead and perform tasks involving physical labor on commercial patching and paving projects. - This candidate will be expected to take lead and execute profitable patching and paving projects. He will lead and assist crew members to make sure a clean jobsite is always maintained, tools and equipment are properly used/maintained and accounted for, and projects are executed to company standards. - He will be expected to complete all required paperwork to properly track daily production and crew accountability as well as problem solve and correct issues/problems as they occur. - Position may require weekend work. Full benefits package will be offered. Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License (Class A CDL is a plus) Clean Driving Record Ability to lift 60 pounds Must be able to patch and operate all equipment involved with patching to include skid steer, roller, tack wagon, back hoe exc.. Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a crew Bilingual is helpful but not required We are a DRUG FREE work place – EOE – E-Verify Competitive pay based on Experience.
