RPAL Open House and Back to School Bash Join the RPAL staff and volunteers for an introduction to the programs and services available to youth (ages 8 to 18) of Richmond and surrounding areas. Take a guided tour of the building and see our new Technology Center. Sign up to become an RPAL member and choose your child's activities for the coming school year. Those who register for RPAL will have first choice at 2021-22 programs and activities and will receive a backpack with school supplies. Also, attendees will receive a lunch, treats, and have a chance to win prizes. Some participants will also have a chance to participate in a focus group and receive a gift card.
