"Throw is back in a healing circle..." Grab your squad for a night of twerk yoga! Join Deaundra Audrey Cash, certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), for her signature twerk yoga class. We're celebrating ourselves for a night of fun and community! Come ready to work, twerk, and have a lot of fun. Optional sexy black attire. Mandatory bold lip! Parking is free in our lot. Audrey Cash is changing the way we think of hip-hop culture and spirituality. She is the founder of Level3 Yoga, an all hip hop yoga studio that focuses on promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional healing, while combating the stigmas around mental health within the hip-hop community. She is a yoga instructor, meditation guide, wellness speaker, mental health activist, and sound healer, leading sound baths throughout the Atlanta area. In addition to teaching at Level3, Audrey has led international retreats, and continues to provide yoga, meditation, and wellness services to corporate and private clients. Audrey is proud to serve on the Women in Media National Advisory Board of Directors as the Programming Chair and continues to create wellness programming with partners like Spelman College, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Afropunk.
