Oak Street Health invites you to join us for our 1st Annual Welcome to the Block Party Celebration for the community of East Charlotte. There will be Free Food, Music, Games, and prizes. This is a free event open to everyone and the first 75 Medicare recipients that sign up will receive an additional gift to show our appreciation for our Seniors. Oak Street Health is a doctor's office for adults on Medicare and we pride ourselves on practicing healthcare the way it should be. Oak Street has a huge passion and commitment to serving those communities that we work in and this is going to be an event you don't want to miss.
