Join us for a casual run or walk each Monday as we explore City Park. This run/walk is socially distanced. Join us for a casual run or walk each Monday as we make our way around beautiful City Park. We meet at the benches near Big Lake on Lelong Drive to stretch before we run/walk as a community, supporting each other along the way. This run/walk is socially distanced, spaced out, no more than 2-3 to a group. We encourage you to hydrate prior to coming out and to bring your own water. Move Ya Brass Krewe is a fun and funky fitness program from New Orleans. You come to our group fitness classes as a stranger, but you leave as family. Our mission is to promote a happy, positive and healthy lifestyle and to encourage celebration of our daily lives by taking you off the sidelines and into a New Orleans second line!
