$15 an hour for painting, cleaning, etc. All tools will be provided. I am renovating a duplex and it needs a significant amount a work done to it. This job has a potential to be a quick gig to finish the duplex or if you do quality work and want more hours we may have regular work available for you for the next several months depending on what you are available for. All final decisions are up to Alex, the head of maintenance and the management company as to whether they decide to contact you or hire you.
