RAPIDLY EXPANDING SMALL BUSINESS SEEKS MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL FOR LEADERSHIP POSITION. We are a fast growing company specializing in rain gutter, patio cover, and roofing installation. We have operations in multiple states, including in Phoenix. We are searching for a highly motivated individual who is looking for a long-term position and will help us increase sales. Previous experience in construction, professional sales, roofing, framing, patio covers, and seamless rain gutter installation is highly preferred but not a requirement if you are the right individual and are committed to learning the field. POSITION: We have experienced a rapid expansion of business due to high demand and are seeking an individual as an addition to our current sales team to build our business with an emphasis on daily volume sales and team leadership. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, flexible, and committed. Because the position is dependent on commission, there is opportunity for significant compensation based upon effort and innovation to the sales team. The current position available may be part-time to start. PAY: Our full time sales managers made an average of $70k this last year and our sales are expected to grow significantly. Your salary is commission-based. MAJOR REQUIREMENTS: - Management Ability - We have a solid foundation for our business and are rapidly expanding. You will be expected to manage the completion of your projects, and be flexible with work and expectations. Occasionally that will involve being on call for emergency situations from installers (the frequency of emergencies are largely dependent on our preparation for jobs to go smoothly). - Motivation - We are a fast growing company and you will have opportunity for advancement as the business grows if you are committed to the position. - Solid working knowledge of home construction, specifically in the areas of patio cover, seamless rain gutter, roofing and framing. SPECIFIC DUTIES: - Complete approximately 6-10 bids per day in the greater Las Vegas/Mesquite/Southern Utah metro area, as scheduled for you, with a 60-80% close rate. - Book $1500-2000 in installations per truck per day - Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals - Manage the logistics for the installers to maximize efficiency and complete the work scheduled - Closely work with schedulers and installers to maximize time and efficiency SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: - Solid understanding of home construction is required (knowledge of framing and roofing is preferred) - Strong background in sales - Exceptional customer service - Team player with ability to integrate feedback into daily performance - Self-directed and able to work alone in securing new business - Keen command of logistics - Technologically savvy and smart-phone literate OUR BUSINESS FEATURES: - A lean and flexible management team as well as a group of highly trained and dedicated individuals with 15 installers, 5 estimators and sales managers, and a team of office administrators. - Over $3 million (and growing) in sales per year.
