Our Fundamentals Class is the barrier to entry into Bear Arms CrossFit. This a 3 hour class that focuses on what you need to get started.
Our Fundamentals Class is for absolutely everyone ages 16 to 116. This class will cover the following:
- What exactly is CrossFit?
- Why CrossFit is infinitely scalable to meet everyone's fitness abilities.
- What a typical 1 hour CrossFit class will look like.
- We'll touch on nutrition and learn how to eat and not just listen to people tell you what to eat.
- Mindset for working through intense workouts.
- Learning how to focus on small performance victories instead of focusing on the scale. Let that sexy body become the side effect.
- And really take the time to listen to you and answer any questions you may have.
