An event built for leaders and supervisors in your company, Leaderfest will cover important leadership topics to refresh and train leaders in your company. The event is based on the book "The 100x Leader, How to Become Someone Worth Following" by Jeremie Kubicek. The event will include breakfast, lunch and a social hour after the event. Lori Mathiowetz begins the morning with mindful meditation and productive meetings. Then Steve Gasser takes the reigns and deep dives in to being the best leader you can be. Steve also participates in our annual Network New Ulm classes and Leadership 2.0. The evening will end with a keynote speaker on the topic of gaining momentum and finishing the task. Who is this event for? Business owners, supervisors, salary management and everything in between. This event will help with networking after COVID and re-energize your team. Encourage economic growth in our community by serving our members through business development, networking, education, advocacy and access to resources.
