Looking for the right associate to join our team. In search of someone who is responsible, determined, and has hardworking capabilities. Forklift experience required. Current drivers license required. Shipping & receiving/warehouse background preferred.
Daily job tasks & responsibilities include:
- Handle all paperwork accordingly to company guidelines, such as bill of ladings, packing slips, RMA’s, etc.
- Pull and prepare orders, including counter fulfillment or staging for shipments.
- Take responsibility in shipping and receiving, while properly documenting all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound shipments when needed.
- Ability to read and understand shipping or customer orders to determine product to be pulled, gathered, repacked, and delivered accordingly.
- Moves product to and from storage areas or sales floor by hand, dolly, pallet jack, or forklift.
- Ability to safely operate forklift in warehouse and during shipping & receiving.
- Maintain inventory controls by recording product received or distributed.
- Will assist in physical inventory when needed.
- Regular, timely attendance is required to meet daily tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
- Must be able to learn quickly with minimal supervision and be able to multi-task at occasional times.
- Safely operate company truck when making pick ups or deliveries.
- Perform check list for forklift & company truck when needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Pay is $14/hr. Biweekly pay.
