Luthier training/work needed.

I’m looking for a local luthier that can perform fairly substantial violin repair work. I have a cracked in half violin head in the middle of the top peg hole. There appears to be loose wood or just not fully lined up wood around the end pin hole as well, although I don’t know it’s an issue. I’ll also need new pegs and bridge fitted. I would also be willing to learn under a luthier to do the repair over time myself. I have a few years wood working experience but violin repair is something I’ve never done but have been interested in but have not been able to find a teacher.
