Inclusive Community Resources, LLC is a supported living agency dedicated to empowering adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities. We are currently hiring caregivers to fill various open positions within our agency. We provide one-on-one direct support services to people with disabilities. Our clients live throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties! There are many positions available, including FULL-TIME, PART-TIME and OVERNIGHTS. We offer flexible schedules that work great for students or for those looking for a second job. These positions are also EXCELLENT experience for those going into the medical field! HOURS AVAILABLE: We provide support to our clients 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. There are various shifts available, all throughout the day. DUTIES: Our attendants assist our clients with any tasks necessary for them to live independently. These duties may include, but are not limited to, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc), household upkeep, meal preparation, community outings, medication assistance and various other tasks. COMPENSATION: Hourly pay is between $14.00 to $20.50 per hour for daytime shifts, depending on experience and the area in which the clients live. Overnight shifts are paid at an hourly rate between $14.00 to $16.32 per hour. You are allowed to sleep during most overnight shifts! QUALIFICATIONS: You must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to pass the Department of Justice fingerprint clearance and a separate background check prior to your first day of work. You must be able to obtain a clear TB test screening within 2 weeks of employment and CPR/First Aid certification within 3 months of employment. Our employees are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19, so if you are not already vaccinated you must be willing to do so prior to your first day of employment. You must be extremely mature, patient, reliable, trustworthy and a self-starter. BENEFITS: We offer medical and dental benefits to employees who work 30+ hours per week after 60 days of employment.
