Our HOA Management company is looking for experienced Janitors and Maintenance Personnel! Work location for both positions are primarily located in the Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park areas. Janitorial: Hourly Rate: $22-$25/HR This person will be in charge of cleaning properties that we manage on a daily basis. This includes but is not limited too: picking up trash in all common areas, emptying property trash cans, sweeping out dumpster enclosures, cleaning pool restrooms, stocking paper products in restrooms, pressure washing dumpster enclosures. This is a part time job with up to 20 hours per week. Hours per week may increase due to cleanliness of properties. MUST HAVES: -Reliable vehicle -Valid CA Drivers License -Current auto insurance -At least 1 year cleaning experience -Reliable cell phone Maintenance: Hourly Rate: $25-$35/HR (Hourly rate subject to change depending on experience) We are looking for stable, reliable people that can communicate well and who are looking for constant work. You will be hired as a 1099 Independent Contractor, we are willing to pay for liability insurance for the right person. This is a full time job with up to 40 hours per week.
