Joe Orrach, former USAF welterweight boxing champ, choreographer and performer is offering in person, for those vaccinated, and online Jump Rope technique classes. Students find Joe’s classes helpful to their physical vitality, strength, self-awareness, confidence and general “joie de vivre." Orrach has performed his jump rope rhythms all over the world with jazz ensembles and symphony orchestras.
