We're a 15 minute walk from BART and right on the bus line. We have a private, 8' x 10' studio space available for rent with 24/7 access. The studio has tons of natural light. You will have your own space with a locking door, but you also have access to the larger area of the studio when it's not in use and we have lots of communal tools. Please note - we do not have a utility sink available and cannot accommodate artists who work with oil paints or any other medium with fumes. This would be an ideal studio for a weaver or other textile based artist, but we are open to other possibilities.
