Press release from the City of Gig Harbor: July 26, 2021 The Gig Harbor Civic Center is now open to the general public for all services. All persons who enter City facilities are required to wear facial coverings if they are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Visitors who are not vaccinated will be offered a disposable facial covering upon entering the facilities and/or have the option to conduct their business in a virtual setting, through email, or over the phone. City staff will not be verifying the vaccination status of visitors.   City Council regular business meetings on the second and fourth Mondays of each month will be held in Council Chambers and will be open to the public to attend and make comment.
