We want your child to feel confident this school year. We are offering our Bully Proof Workshop Free and Open to the Public! Premier Martial Arts' Bully Proof Workshop is geared for kids ages 5 - 12. We will teach tools to avoid bullies and to feel more confident. We will also teach some practical self defense tactics for kids to use if confronted by a threat when no adults are present. This is an active workshop, kids should wear comfy exercise clothes!
