NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On July 22, Anthony Sealy, of New Haven, purchased a Play 4 Day ticket from the West River Wine & Spirits in New Haven and won $10,000.
