Start your weekend with a fitness class featuring the personal fitness trainer Giselle Gutierrez! Join us each Saturday morning at Boxi Park along with local fitness instructors from the Lake Nona area to engage in variety of diverse fitness classes. Each week will feature a different style of training. August 7th is HIIT Bootcamp! Complimentary mats will be provided for the class, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure the class starts promptly. Classes are only $5 (plus EB fee)!
