BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Baltimore County Animal Shelter has announced that it's at capacity and cannot accept any more animals at this time. But the shelter is open for adoptions and redemptions. Stray dogs are being cared for at a site in Dundalk and can be identified and picked up by owners weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you have questions, call 410-887-PAWS.
