My landscape service are drunks and druggies

I just found out my landscape service I just hired or a bunch of drunks and druggies. I pay them good money to do my front and backyard they done more damage on the first day then I would have to pay for a whole month of service. Turns out they don't have a business license and they go by two separate names. The biggest problem is the white girl who shows up in the morning drunk and she smokes illegal drugs while she's here. My neighbors gave me the name who they use and I hate to tell them what the company did. This is low class service in the high class neighborhoods and by the look of their truck and trailer I should've known better. Email me if you want to know about the company names they go by and they must have two different names because they get bad reviews on one or the other. I pay good money and this is what I get? Now we need somebody to fix what they did.
