"The threats appeared to have been a warning of violence to come in the Hoboken Housing Authority," according to police. The Housing Authority's public housing buildings are located in the southwest section of Hoboken. Det. Sgt. William Collins and Det. Later that evening, Police Officer Jessica Arebalo located Baez and he was placed under arrest. Baez was processed and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, police say.
