Press release from Vernon Hills Park District: July 26, 2021 Kids enrolled in the Sullivan Day Camp and Peterson Day Camp were very busy on Friday, July 23 at their car wash!  Cars, busses, even limos were lined up on this sunny, warm day to support our campers in their fundraising effort for the District's Family Scholarship Fund. Thank you to all of the families who visited the car wash and made donations.  The kids were able to raise $1,102 so other less fortunate children in the community could attend summer camp and other District programs.
