Colorado Ranch Residential Center is currently seeking a full-time Youth Residential Coordinator to join our team. The Residential Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of the facility, coordinating staff, handling paperwork, and solving any concerns that may arise. The ideal candidate will be motivated and sensitive to our Youths individual needs and behavioral development. Job Duties: 1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with the youth 2. Mentor youth according to the center's guidelines 3. Provide a safe environment for staff, guests, and youth 4. Manage the youth's activities, events, and educational development 5. Provide approved intervention in all situations Education/Required Experience: 1. High School Diploma or GED 2. 2+ years proven related experience 3. Strong people skills
