Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 07/26/2021 5:00 AM 2021-2017, BatteryOn: 07/25/2021 at approximately 2154 hours, deputies were dispatched to the 300-350 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego Township for a report of a battery.  The investigation is still ongoing.       The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
