OAK LAWN, IL — The Oak Lawn Westside Warriors' full-time travel team is looking for a few talented players to join the 12U lineup in 2022. Final tryouts will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 29, at Westside Bronco Field, 9400 S. Oak Park Avenue. The 12U team anticipates six to eight tournaments in the Chicago and Northwest, Ind., areas, and two major out-of-state tournaments at Cooperstown Dream Park in New York, and Myrtle Beach, S.C. The 12U travel team projects a season of 60 to 65 games. Emphasis will be on fundamentals and continued player development.
